Priority housing for FanimeCon will open on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Priority housing will be limited and based on the date and time an attendee registers for FanimeCon 2023. From February 1-3, each priority registrant will be designated a 3-hour booking window*. Priority housing access allows qualifying attendees to make their reservations ahead of the general public but does not guarantee a room reservation.
On January 26, FanimeCon Housing will email priority housing booking window information and instructions to those who qualify.
Attendees who do not qualify for priority housing can reserve rooms starting at 4 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, February 3, 2023, based on availability.
*Booking windows are set in 3-hour increments. Attendees will have 3 hours from the start of their booking window before the next group of registrants is permitted to make reservations. Those with priority housing access are encouraged to make their reservations during their initial 3-hour booking window.
Deadline Dates:.
- Friday, April 14, 2023 – Deadline for dealers to cancel reservations without penalty
- Friday, April 28, 2023 - Deadline for attendees and staff to cancel reservations without penalty
- Monday, May 15, 2023 - Last day to make, change, or cancel a reservation through FanimeCon Housing
- Wednesday, May 17, 2023 - Contact your hotel directly to change or cancel your reservation
